Derek J. Soltis is an attorney admitted to practice in New York since 2014, and the founder of the Law Office of Derek J. Soltis. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
The firm helps creditors recover what they're owed in New York — from a first demand letter, to an attorney-reviewed demand on firm letterhead, to taking a claim through the courts and enforcing a judgment. The same firm also runs Get My Discovery (28usc1782.com), handling international evidence-gathering under 28 U.S.C. § 1782.
