Who we are. "Get Your Money" is a service of the Law Office of Derek J. Soltis, a New York law firm. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.

Not confidential / no attorney-client relationship. Information you submit through this site (including the intake form) is not confidential and does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we both sign a written engagement agreement. Please do not send sensitive or privileged details through the website.

Information you give us: name, email, phone, and details about your debt or judgment that you choose to provide at intake.

How we use it

To evaluate whether we can help, to contact you about your inquiry, to provide legal services if you engage us, to operate and improve the site, and to comply with legal and ethical obligations.

How we share it

We share information with service providers who help us operate — for example, secure hosting, payment processing, and AI tools used to prepare documents — all under confidentiality obligations and, for AI tools, under terms that do not use your data to train public models.
